Big Bot Crew slot game will certainly appeal to those players who love everything techie and like to be able to build robots! This Quickspin developed game sees three teens – Matsuo, Danielle and Joaquin – all trying to build their robots with technology that has not quite reached them just yet.
Fear not, though, as our Big Bot Crew review will reach you in time before going on your quest to spin the reels and try and potentially win some big rewards for helping the teens on their quest to produce a robot!
Players are able to test this slot game by playing the Big Bot Slot Free Play version that is found above this review. Those that do will notice that the game is played across a traditional five reels. Furthermore, there are 40 active paylines available with bets as small as R0.40 per spin available. Those that prefer to play at a higher value can, with the maximum wager being R100.
As is tradition with other Quickspin games, there are also options that allow for the game to be completely customisable, with a feature allowing for the reels to be spun at twice the speed whilst there is another that allows for them to be spun for an uninterrupted period of time.
The symbols in the game all relate to the Big Bot Crew and the parts required to build a robot – we assume. There are four different coloured cogs available, as well as two different robots. The three teens also appear on the reels as the higher-valued icons, although Matsuo is the most rewarding as he provides awards of 7.5x the original stake for a combination of five.
The Bigbot is the slot game’s Wild and he appears as a four-high symbol (as such, covering a reel). Five of these icons award 10x the stake, although he only appears on the middle three (2, 3 and 4) reels. He can substitute for all symbols except for the game’s Scatter – ‘Bonus’ symbol.
However, he has an exceptional ability to nudge himself into place in the base game when only part of him appears on the reels – but this seems random. He does also feature on all reels in the bonus features described below.
As mentioned, we came across a couple of bonus features when doing our Big Bot Crew game review.
The first is the ‘Big Bot Respins’ feature. This is triggered when two of the Big Bots land as a full symbol on the reels. The number of respins provided is equivalent to the number of Big Bots that land. If more of these icons are landed in the bonus feature, then an additional respin is awarded and remains on the reels for the duration of the game.
The second bonus feature is the ‘Free Spins’ game, which is triggered when three Bonus Scatters appear on the reels. Players will receive eight free spins to begin with, however more spins can be won if a Big Bot Wild appears on the reels. Like the previous feature, this will remain on the grid for as long as there are free spins to be made!
RTP (return to player)
96.51% has been set as the return to player (RTP) rate for Quickspin’s Big Bot Crew slot game, although this should not be a surprise to those who have played many of this developer’s offerings in the past as they have always provided rather generous rates.
