With High Limit European Blackjack the player is dealt their two cards while the dealer is dealt one card face up and the other face down. The rules of this particular table are that any two identical cards can be split and totals of 9, 10 or 11 can be doubled down. The dealer must stand on 17 but has to draw a card on 16. Blackjacks pay 3:2 while winnings hands are paid out at evens.
